Shipping

Each item is made to order and normally ships within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time begins after the carrier receives the package.

• Shipping within the United States is free.
• International shipping is available worldwide at a flat launch rate of $30.00 USD.
• International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
• Tracking is emailed when available and appears in the customer account.
• Customers are responsible for complete and accurate addresses. Contact us immediately about corrections; changes may not be possible after shipment.
• Carrier and customs delays are outside our direct control, but we will help investigate delayed packages.

Cancellations

Request cancellation within 1 calendar day (24 hours) of purchase by emailing orders@videoheadquarters.store with the order number. Later requests may be declined if production has started.

Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be made within 15 calendar days of delivery. Email the order number, reason, and photographs when an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging unless damaged or defective on arrival.
• Accepted damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims may receive a replacement, refund, or return instructions.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original expedited or international shipping, duties, and taxes are not refundable unless required by law.
• Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection.
• Customized or personalized products may be non-returnable except when damaged, defective, or incorrect, where permitted by law.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived in the customer’s jurisdiction.

Product Care

Products are 3D printed in PLA plastic. Keep them away from high heat, flame, prolonged direct sunlight, and hot vehicles. Clean gently by hand with a soft damp cloth and mild soap. Do not soak, machine wash, dishwash, or use abrasive or solvent-based cleaners.

Privacy

We collect account, contact, shipping, billing, order, customer-service, and ordinary technical information needed to operate and secure the store.

We use it to process and deliver orders, provide accounts and order history, send transactional email, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with tax and legal obligations, and improve reliability and service.

Stripe processes payments and tax information. The store does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers. We share only necessary information with providers supporting payments, hosting, email, shipping, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. We do not sell customer personal information.

Records are retained as reasonably necessary for service, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Request applicable access, correction, or deletion by emailing orders@videoheadquarters.store.

The site uses essential cookies for sessions, carts, security, and checkout. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand visits and how the storefront is used. Google Analytics remains off unless you accept analytics, and you can change your choice through “Analytics settings” in the footer.

When enabled, Google Analytics may process device, browser, approximate location, referral, and interaction information under Google's privacy terms. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We do not use this integration for advertising personalization.

Imported reviews come from verified purchases on the prior Etsy listing. Public display names, text, ratings, dates, and customer-supplied photos may appear; private order and account identifiers are not published.

Terms of Sale and Website Use

By ordering, customers confirm their information is accurate, they are authorized to use the payment method, and they accept the prices, shipping charges, taxes, processing time, and policies shown at checkout.

• Colors and appearance may vary because of screens and normal 3D-printing characteristics.
• Layer lines and small surface variations are normal and are not necessarily defects.
• Descriptions, prices, availability, and policies may be corrected. If a material error affects an order, we will contact the customer before fulfillment or refund it.
• We may cancel and refund orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable destinations, or impracticable fulfillment.
• Website content may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission except where law permits.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply elsewhere.

Reviews

New website reviews require a confirmed paid purchase and are moderated before publication. We may reject spam, abuse, personal information, irrelevant content, or suspected fraud, but do not suppress genuine criticism solely because it is negative.

Imported 4- and 5-star reviews are labeled as verified Etsy purchases and are not represented as submissions made directly through this website.
